Hello there!
I'm Ana Karina, a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) since 2008 and a proud mom of two wonderful kids. Originally hailing from the charming state of New Jersey, I've made Nashville my home since 2013, and I absolutely love it here!
Before I found my calling in the world of massage therapy, I was navigating the bustling corridors of a financial firm as an Associate Director. My heart longed for something more fulfilling, and that's when I embarked on my journey into the world of wellness and healing.
My expertise spans a variety of techniques, including integrative massage, lymphatic drainage (both Vodder and Brazilian methods), craniosacral therapy, and reiki. I'm always looking to expand my skills and am excited to soon offer buccal massage and body sculpting services by the new year.
